The UK Barista Championship is one, if not the most exciting National Barista competition in the world, a hotbed of consistent high and winning performance in the WBC over recent years. Where better then than the UK barista circuit to have SanRemo’s exciting TCS (Temperature Stability Control) system put through its paces and let some of the country’s foremost Baristas test and feed back on the performance and special functions featured on the SanRemo Verona and Roma models.

Here are some more tips on how to get the best results with Cravendale® in your café;
Keep milk away from light as it breaks down the proteins in the milk, causing it to spoil more quickly. Cravendale®’s opaque bottle helps block out light. This means that the protein content doesn’t deteriorate and you will create rich, creamy foam with delicious mouth feel and an attractive sheen.
Keep milk at less that 5C as warm temperatures also cause milk to spoil. Don’t leave the milk on the counter top, return it to the fridge when you’ve finished to help keep the milk fresh.
