The newest of all the competitions celebrates coffee that is produced in the tradition of Greece, Turkey and the Middle East. This colourful competition has created great interest at the world finals helped greatly by elaborate costumes, entertainment and, of course, great coffee.
The UK has been represented in the past by Aysin, who came third in the world in 2009, for this event. As yet we do not have a national championship for this event but it’s something the UK Chapter of the SCAE hope to have for the coming year.
The Latte Art Competition rules are different to the UKBC rules, they are essential reading for those going into the competition
We suggest you print out two copies, one for you and one for someone who may be helping you train or giving some input into your routine.
Entry is easy, and it only costs £25 to enter. All you have to do is complete the entry form - available to download below. You need to knew a few keyfacts though first:
